​ The scriptural theme focuses on learning and remembering that God is our refuge when the storms of  trials, temptations, and tribulations come. He is the Light of our life, not only a beacon to call us safely towards the harbor of His Love, but also to guide us away from the dangerous reefs and rocks that can act as treacherous idols in our lives. The Holy Spirit helps us learn to become Lighthouses for others as we take the Light of Christ into our hearts and act as little lighthouses in the world.
